Intro to Basket Weaving Workshop

Join us to make your very own eight inch round basket with a wooden handle - the perfect size for easter egg gathering, or holding your sewing project. This class is perfect for first time weavers, as a variety of techniques will be taught. Your basket will be made from natural colored reed, and different colors will be available so each basket will be unique to its maker. All supplies and tools will be provided. Basket weaving does involve water, so dress in something you dont mind getting wet. Please allow four full hours to complete your basket.
Minimum age is 12 (with a parent also taking the class).
